ES&F encountered the daunting task of retaining clients amidst a shifting landscape post-COVID, grappling with client exodus from NYC, and transitioning back to pre-quarantine routines. To address this, they sought to create a video spotlighting their services and client testimonials, blending iPhone-recorded content with live interviews and additional footage.

Collaborating closely with the founder's publicist, we crafted a script delineating content for live shooting versus user-generated material. During a comprehensive one-day shoot, we conducted interviews, captured class moments, and footage of the facilities and equipment. Following this, we curated background music and meticulously edited the video.

Delivering a full-length version for their website and YouTube, we collaborated with their social media manager, creating eight shorter, tailored ads for use across various social platforms, optimizing ES&F's online presence.
